By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must have authority to bind the business associated with the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your Shopify credentials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in connection with your Shopify store.

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by bypassing access controls or rate limits.
- Use the Service to violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or Shopify policies.
- Use the Service to process or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

The Service integrates with Shopify and may rely on third-party services. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for Shopify’s actions or availability, nor for third-party services outside our control.

You authorize us to access and process Shopify store data that you permit through Shopify permissions in order to provide the Service. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is currently provided at no charge. We do not bill you through Shopify or otherwise for use of the Service. If we ever introduce paid features or plans in the future, we will provide advance notice and present any applicable pricing and billing terms before any charges apply.

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytics and insights are informational and may not be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinInsight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TwinInsight from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your store operations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Delaware, USA, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
